Our Cat Sitting Process
Step 1: Contact us via our contact form or email with your requested dates and the type of care needed.
Step 2: We’ll arrange a meet and greet to discuss your cat’s routine, personality, and any special requirements.
Step 3: If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll confirm the booking.
Step 4: You’ll complete a client checklist so we have all the info we need to care for your cat.
Step 5: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 7 days prior to the start of care.
Step 6: The remaining balance is due on the first day of the booking

* For standard live-in services with cats, we will be with your cat for a minimum of 12 hours a day.
** For full time live-in services with cats, we will be physically present, with a maximum of 4 hours away for errands and personal matters.
*** Hourly rates are applicable in the following scenario: If you require someone to sit with your cat during the day (minimum 3 hours).

What is cat sitting?

How does cat sitting work?
Cat sitting is a personalised alternative to catteries, designed to keep your cat comfortable, safe, and stress-free in a familiar environment with dedicated 1-to-1 care. We will look after your cat in the comfort of your own home, and you will receive regular updates so you know your pet is in safe hands.
How much does cat sitting cost?
Pop in visits for cat sitting start from £17.50. For more pricing information, please refer to the table above.
How much does cat sitting overnight cost?
This will fall under our live-in care rates. Standard care is £45 per night, whilst full time care is £90 per night.
My cat can be aggressive - will this be a problem?
Please let us know if your cat has any aggression so we can remain safe and take any steps to reduce stress for both us and the cats.
What happens if there is an emergency?
If your pet requires emergency veterinary attention, every effort will be made to take them to your registered veterinary practice. If this is not possible (due to the time of day or distance), we have the right to take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic.
How far in advance should I book for cat sitting?
As far in advance as possible, especially for busy periods such as school and Christmas holidays.
