I was absolutely amazed by the service provided by Perfect Companion. Everything felt very professional from the start, including the meet-and-greet with the pet sitter and the detailed checklist that helped the pet sitter understand my parrot’s needs and routine.

Elaine, who looked after my parrot, was absolutely fantastic. She sent me photos every day and kept me updated on how he was doing, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. From the updates, I could clearly see how comfortable and happy he was in her care.

She made sure he had fresh food and water every day, kept his cage clean, and gave him opportunities to bathe and stretch his wings during her visits. She even brought him little treats from time to time, such as apples, which he thoroughly enjoyed!

I would highly recommend Perfect Companion to anyone looking for a caring, professional pet-sitting service that genuinely puts your pet's well-being first. Being able to leave my parrot at home and know he was receiving such excellent care made all the difference. Highly recommended!

She took such great care of her, administering her medications, and sending me constant updates and pictures. She also sent me update pictures on my cats skin so I could keep track of her progress. This was the first time we left our cat with someone who wasn’t friends or family, and we were very nervous — especially as she’s getting older and gets stressed easily with changes like moving house. But choosing Florence was the best decision we could have made.

Florence took such wonderful care of our cat over the Christmas and New Year period. Her communication was impeccable — she kept us constantly updated and sent lots of lovely videos of them cuddling and playing, which gave us so much reassurance while we were away.

When we came back, our cat was relaxed, happy, and clearly very well looked after. It gave us real peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands.
