    Our Pet Sitting Process

    Step 1: Contact us via our contact form or email with your requested dates and the type of care needed

    Step 2: We’ll arrange a meet and greet to discuss your pet’s routine, personality, and any special requirements

    Step 3: If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll confirm the booking

    Step 4: You’ll complete a client checklist so we have all the info we need to care for your dog

    Step 5: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 7 days prior to the start of care

    Step 6: The remaining balance is due on the first day of the booking
